Sinking Creek Baptist Church is the oldest Church of any faith in the state of Tennessee. It was founded in 1772 and is listed in the Tennessee Historical Registry.

Pastor Reece Harris was called to Sinking Creek in 1961. And what a blessing he has been. Under his leadership for the past 49 years, we have consistently grown in the Living Word of God in Spirit and Truth.
