Meet Our Staff

Rev. Reece Harris Pastor	Rev. Reece Harris has been pastor to 'the flocks' of Sinking Creek for over 49 years. He has earned a Bachelors Degree from Carson Newman College, and a Master's Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas and also a Master's Degree from E.T.S.U. Pastor Harris is married to Paulette Dover Harris of Chester, SC. The two are parents of three sons: Mark, Paul and Phillip Harris and grandparents of six granddaughters: Kalyn, Bailey, Kennah, Sadie Reece, Olivia and Anna Harris and one grandson, Isaac.
Greg Greene Choir Director	Greg Greene has lead the Sinking Creek Choir and Congregation is Spirit and Song for over 27 years. Singing includes our favorite Old Time Hymns to new Praise songs. Greg is married to Bonnie Greene. They have one son, Cameron.
Phil Harris Youth Director	Phil Harris has served as Youth Director at Sinking Creek for 17 years. He is assisted in the Youth Ministry by his wife Cindy Harris and many other volunteers. Phil and Cindy have two beautiful daughters, Kennah and Sadie Reece.
Jessi Perkins Asst. Youth Director	Jessi Perkins has served as Assistant Youth Director for 2 years. She directs the grades 6th - 8th on Wednesday night and is involved in all youth camps and outreaches.
Shirley McGee Treasurer	Shirley had been the Treasurer at Sinking Creek for the past 46 years. She has been a loyal servant and a great planner. Shirley has been instrumental in the growth at Sinking Creek due to her excellent stewardship.
